Description

A threshing floor on a hillside, with cut straw spread over a flattened circular area and tracks worn in it. Two oxen yoked together walk across the centre, driven by a man seated on a chair at right who holds the reins. A second seated man and more cattle stand at the left edge, and scrubby hills rise steeply behind.
