Jars and bowls from Lapithos Markides (T.51.)

Description

Three shelves of pottery vessels stand on small wire supports against a dark background. The top shelf holds about a dozen small jugs, bottles and handled bowls, some with dark painted bands and geometric patterns. The lower shelves show larger round-bodied jugs with necks and spouts, two-handled jars and bowls, with a handwritten label and a scale bar on the bottom shelf.
