Reconstruction of the burial sequence:
After the corpse has been laid down in the chamber with its grave goods, the offering table is placed across the dromos beside the gateway. The slave is tied to the table with his neck over the rectangular hole in its middle, whereupon he is slaughtered by being stabbed in the throat, and the blood runs down into the tomb chamber. Once the dead's soul has thus been satisfied, the slave is buried in the dromos with a stone over the wound in the throat and an idol-shaped stone slab from the chest to the knees. A simple water jug and a smaller vessel are left with him. Finally the stone packing is built up and the offering table is tipped over in front of the gateway. — When the dromos has been cleared it is photographed from several sides. It continues, however, in under the olive tree, and a new stone slab takes over where the first ends. Just beside the northern end of the latter the dromos ends.
