8/109/1011. Glass-paste beads (3 pcs.), which proved to be the beginning of a complete necklace in situ. It is cleared with the utmost care, so that its structure emerges clearly. It is a chain of glass-paste beads and bronze spirals, which lies around the neck of the body. The glass beads are of various types: round, melon-shaped, doubleconical and ribbed cylinders. In addition there are, between the larger beads, smaller ditto of white and red paste. In order to be able to lift the whole thing in a secure way, the skull must be sacrificed. It lay with the crown upwards and the face straight forward. No other bones were found. The earth block where skull and necklace lie is undercut and freed from the underlying rock. A particularly

after which the whole is lifted up. Before this the following vessels were taken out.
