Pottery Bichrome Wheel-made (E.19.70)
Description
A wheel-made jug with a wide mouth, narrow neck and rounded body stands on a pale surface against a plain backdrop. A single loop handle rises from the rim to the shoulder, and dark vertical painted stripes run down the upper body above horizontal bands around the shoulder and belly. A small tag is fixed to the handle, and the surface is pitted and worn in places.
