Description

A sheet of millimetre grid paper with a handwritten heading, underlined, near the top left. Faint pencil lines form a horizontal base line with short upright returns at the left and right ends, and a small handwritten room label sits beneath it. A vertical fold runs down the centre of the sheet, and a small number is written in the top right corner.
