A pencil field drawing on squared grid paper showing a horizontal profile with numbered tick marks along its top and bottom edges. A dark hatched area sits at the left of the profile, and a stepped outline with a small rectangular projection appears at the right. Handwritten notes and a circled note are written in the upper and lower right corners.

- This is the plain reverse of a cream paper sheet with a faint vertical crease down the middle and a brownish stain at upper left. Handwritten notes sit at the top: a small word at top centre, a room number with a line struck through it at top right, and a red number beneath it. The sheet's edges are visible against a dark background.
