Description
A cream sheet of paper on a dark blue mount. In the upper right corner is a small pencil plan of an irregular outline with straight internal lines, with handwritten labels above and beside it. The rest of the sheet is empty, with a vertical fold line down the centre and a torn edge at the lower right corner.

- A pencilled outline of a tall vertical profile drawn on squared graph paper, with a narrow neck at the top and a wide straight body running down to a flat base. Small tick marks and short numbered markers run along the edges, and handwritten labels appear near the top and beside the neck. The sheet is mounted on a dark blue card with a paper border.
