Description

Several people work at a heap of threshed crop on a flat, dry threshing ground, tossing it with long-handled forks so that dust billows up. A woman in a headscarf and long skirt stands near the centre, a man in a white shirt and hat and a child in a light shirt stand beside the heap, and two more women in headscarves stand at the right. Trees and a low hill line the background, and dry stubble covers the foreground.
