Terracotta Minor Plastic, figurine (V. 233)

Pale fragment of a figurine from Vouni, with a rounded knob at the left end and a flat underside — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C06387b. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A pale, irregular fragment with a smooth, slightly rough surface, shown alone against a grey backdrop on a mounted print. The lower edge is flat and the upper surface rises and falls in soft folds and hollows, with a rounded knob at the left end. The break edges are not clearly visible, so the original form can only be partly judged.
