Description

A tall, narrow view with a rough, pale rock cliff filling the left side. A small figure climbs a path cut into the cliff face, and another figure is partly visible at the lower left edge. To the right, a wide valley with scattered trees and low hills stretches under a pale sky, and a dark shape intrudes at the right edge.

A tall, narrow view of a steep limestone cliff fills the left side, with a person in light clothing on a ledge near the middle-left and partly visible figures at the left edge. To the right, a wide hazy valley with scattered trees and low hills runs toward a faint line of sea at the horizon. A dark, blurred shape, possibly a tree trunk or rope, sits in the lower right foreground.
