Silver ring (M.58.55)

Description
A ring with a thick, rough-surfaced hoop that widens and rises into two rounded shoulders at the top. The ring stands upright over a dark, rounded object at the bottom of the frame, and the plain pale grey background is shown on a cream card mount. The edges of the ring are soft, so surface detail is hard to make out.

- Description, scan 2
- A thick silver ring with a dark, corroded surface and lighter mottled patches, seen face-on so its open centre is clear. The band is wider at the top, where it rises into two rounded humps either side of a join, and narrows towards the lower edge. Pale strips lie across the lower part of the ring, and the print sits on a cream card border.
