Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05415cc. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A photograph of an elongated, heavily corroded object that tapers toward a rounded top and widens at the lower end. Its surface is pitted and crusted with pale and dark deposits, and a thin pale line runs down the centre. The print is mounted on a pale card with a cream border, and the object fills most of the frame vertically.
