Description
A thin sheet of gold, roughly round and irregular in outline, crumpled and pressed with raised ridges and curved lines that radiate from the centre. The edges are uneven and folded over, with a torn, flattened section at the lower left. The object lies flat against a plain grey backdrop and is photographed straight on, with a narrow pale border around the print.
