Vouni Palace

Description
A view from higher ground across the excavated remains of the palace at Vouni, with low stone wall foundations and flat paved areas running across the middle distance. A light-coloured jar stands among the walls near the centre, and a bush fills the lower right foreground. Beyond the ruins a wide expanse of sea stretches to a line of hills on the horizon under a hazy, partly cloudy sky.
