Description

A single pottery jug stands on a pale surface against a light grey backdrop, photographed on a cream card mount. It has a wide flaring rim, a narrow neck with several dark painted bands, a rounded body and one loop handle on the shoulder. A ring of concentric painted circles decorates the body, with part of another motif at the right edge, and the surface is worn and mottled.
