Description, scan 2
Several dark, crumpled pieces of thin, sheet-like material lie together on a pale grey card, with bright highlights along their folded edges. A strip of tape crosses the top edge of the card, and a handwritten number is written below the fragments. The pieces are too broken to show a complete form.
