Description

A footed bowl with two small horizontal handles, photographed from the side against a pale background. The light clay surface is decorated in dark paint, with a central panel showing a bird-like figure with a long curved neck and leaf-like wing shapes, beside small hooked cross motifs. Vertical bands of diamond lattice and quatrefoil panels decorate the upper body, and horizontal rings encircle the lower bowl above the ring foot.
