Bowls (V.351)

Shallow bowl with a rounded body and uneven rim, photographed at an angle on a pale background — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C04096c. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A single shallow open bowl with a wide mouth and rounded sides, shown from above at an angle so both the interior and the outer wall are visible. Its grey-brown surface has small pits, light specks and darker patches, and the rim is slightly uneven and chipped in places. A blue number label is visible in the top left corner of the print, and the bowl sits on a pale surface with a soft shadow beneath it.
