Pottery Levanto-Helladic Ware Bowl-Jar (E.17.6)

Description

A stemmed jar with a wide flaring rim, a small lug handle on the left and a looped strap handle on the right. White vertical strokes and small motifs fill a band on the shoulder, with dark and thin painted bands running round the body. The paint is flaking in places, especially on the shoulder and the pedestal foot, and the jar is photographed alone against a plain pale background.
