  • Gold ring from Marion, shown in a small photograph mounted on a pale grey card.
  • Blurred photograph of a single ring-shaped find from Marion, tombs 31-60, on a plain light background
Description, scan 2
A single ring-shaped object, a thick dark band with a paler inner edge, is centred against a pale background. The print has a narrow border and sits on a pale card mount. The ring looks plain, with soft edges and a slight shadow on one side.
Description, scan 3
A small print on a pale grey card mount shows a single ring-shaped object. The ring has a thick, dark band with a lighter inner edge, and its lower part is darker and broken up by light spots. The photograph is soft-focused, so surface details and the outline are hard to make out.
Description, scan 4
A small square print mounted on a cream card shows one circular, ring-shaped object. The ring is dark and heavily blurred, with a pale highlight along its right edge and a washed-out pale centre against a light grey backdrop. Only one object is visible, so several items are not shown together.
