Limestone statue fragment K. 465 from Kition, seen from the side, with a bent arm and a projecting head or shoulder — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C02928. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A large limestone statue fragment is photographed in side view against a plain pale background. The upper part is broken, one arm bends across the body, and a rounded projecting element with a cap-like shape rises at the upper right. The stone rests on a wooden block with a blue marked label and white string at its base, and a pale blurred form is visible at the left edge.
