Enkomi: object, skeleton, excavation

Description

Skeletal remains lie on the dark floor of a rock-cut hollow, with a rounded skull near the centre and a second skull at the upper right, and long bones visible among them. A shallow round dish or vessel sits to the left, and a small pale object is set against the rock at upper left. The rough, pitted rock wall curves over the scene, with loose soil and stones on the ground in the foreground.
