Excavation at Kythrea: stone construction

Description
A low ring of stone foundations, partly cleared, sits in a shallow excavated area with a stick placed near its far edge. Rubble and a cut earth face surround it, and a wide dry plain with low hills stretches to the horizon. No people are shown; the site looks bare and stony.
