Description

Seen from above, a cut passage with earthen sides and a stepped upper edge leads toward the dromos of Tomb 5 at Amathus. A cluster of broken pottery vessels and sherds lies on the floor, with a tall vessel lying on its side in the foreground and a smaller rounded vessel to the left. Loose stones and gravelly soil fill the surrounding ground in the lower part of the view.
