Wall and tree during excavation at Vouni

Description
Low stone walls and rough foundation courses cut across a dry, excavated area, with paler flat surfaces that look like floors between them. A broad, leafy tree stands on the right-hand slope, with more bushes and scrubby trees and a distant stone wall beyond. The ground in the foreground is bare, cut earth and rubble.
