Pottery White Grounded Ware, lekythos (M.38.3)

Description
A lekythos, a narrow-necked pottery flask, with a flaring mouth, a single loop handle and a ring foot. Dark painted fan-shaped motifs and a band of key pattern decorate the body below the shoulder, and the pale surface is chipped around the neck. The vessel stands upright against a plain grey backdrop, and the photograph is mounted on a card with a handwritten number label beneath.
