Finds in situ at Vouni Palace

Description
A pale, irregular stone lies on a rough earthen mound at the bottom of a deep excavated trench. Behind it, the vertical soil face shows layers of earth with scattered small stones and root traces. The trench floor is dusty and light, and the ground above the cut is strewn with pebbles and clods.
