Description

Looking across an excavated area at the palace at Vouni, with low walls of large cut stone blocks in the middle ground and rough rock and rubble in the foreground. Bare, stony ground stretches toward the left, where the sea and a low headland meet a pale, empty sky. A thin stick stands in the left foreground.

Description, scan 2
Low walls of large cut stone blocks stand on a flat, bare, dusty ground that stretches toward the back of the view. Rough rock and broken stone fill the foreground on the right, and a thin upright stick is visible at the left edge. The sea lies faintly under a hazy sky on the left, and more ruined walls stretch along the right.
