Rails, stones and trees at the palace at Vouni

Description

A rocky excavated area fills the foreground with cut stone blocks and loose boulders, crossed by narrow rails running diagonally to the right. At left a small wheeled wagon stands on the rails beside a low wall of stone blocks, and a single small tree grows near the edge of the site. Beyond, the flat sea fills the background under a pale sky.
