Description

A close view of a rough stone surface covered in short, diagonal chisel cuttings that cross one another in overlapping rows. The worked marks are shallow and the stone has a granular, pitted texture, with raking light casting shadows into each cut. The scale of the marks cannot be judged from the frame.

Description, scan 2
A close view of a rough rock surface covered in diagonal chisel or pick marks, with ridges and hollows catching light from the upper left. The cuttings run in overlapping directions across the whole frame, and no people, tools or scale are visible. The surface fills the frame, so the size and shape of the tomb cannot be judged.
