Description

An oblique view down into an excavated tomb chamber at Lapithos, cut into compacted soil with a sloping edge along the near side. Two dark openings show in the far walls, and a large stone lies at the front of the pit. Loose soil and rubble surround the rim, and a dark rod stands at the upper left edge of the frame.
