Description

The photograph looks down into a tomb chamber during excavation. Skeletal remains lie on the dark floor, with a skull at the left and bones spread across the centre, and a few long thin objects lie over the upper part of the scene. Soil walls rise behind the chamber, and the cut edge of the floor runs across the foreground.
