Fragment of a bust of a standing woman, left side, with shoulder and arm bent, broken at the wrist; mould-made hollow figurine in pink fabric with grey-white slip (?), back preserved, H. 14.3, l. 7.3 cm. Left arm bent at a right angle; a mantle thrown over the shoulder falls, lightly pleated, along the arm to the crook of the elbow, where it passes; the neckline of the tunic is probably rounded, without trace of a necklace; a thick twisted parotid lock hangs straight down beside the edge of the mantle; the shawl-like mantle passes under the elbow rather than the centre of the bust, a hybrid case of mantle passing under the armpit then falling on the forearm.
