Incomplete head of the Great Goddess with calathos, a hollow moulded fragment in buff fabric, H. 10.8 cm, Classical period; the continuous band of hair and the right part of the calathos survive, showing a flat band at the base, with convex pellets and rosettes (type 1 or 2) above, and the calathos rising above them, apparently undecorated. From the area south of the rampart, square K VI/γ4 (east), Salamis; negative 01076_05; inventory Tc_1778; 28 August 1969.
