English, translated from the French record

Lower part of a figurine with base, feet and the hem of a long dress, without the back; Classical period, from the area south of the rampart, square K VI/γ3, Salamis. Fabric chamois; base broken on both sides; the two closed-shoe feet, well rounded, are set flat at the edge of the base, apart from each other, and the base appears oval. The long dress falls over the instep with a clearly defined hem following the shape of the feet, and between the feet are finely drawn, interlacing serpentine folds; traces of blue paint perhaps. Hollow-moulded; H. 16.5 cm; l. 15 cm. Given its dimensions, the base probably belonged to a large statue. Inventory Tc_0881; drawing D_0523; slide C_2298; negative 02056_06; notebook page 23. 18 April 1967.
