Seated lion on a plinth forming one piece with the animal, in soft white limestone, H. 12 cm. Traces of red paint remain on the mane, eyes, ears, mouth and upper forelegs; the piece is mended and incomplete, with both forelegs and part of the plinth missing and the tongue broken. Area south of the rampart, square K VI/γ3, Salamis; inventory Sc_0044; 28 March 1967.
