Clear the entire room to the 8.02 level. The tumble of the N. wall stops at this level, though some other stones show through in the center. A large mass of clayey earth, cut by wall IV, continues down. The 8.02 level was of reddish brown earth, fairly gritty

Dig below 8.02 and start to find a greyer, sandy, level, at 8.12

At 8.12 a bit of plaster facing appears on the south wall (IV)

28-4-39Digging below 8.12 we find a greyer sandy level at 8.18. Numerous sherds appear at this level. The sherds rest on a greyer, grey-brown level at 8.26. A small semi-circular clay structure at the N. stops at 8.26. A brick structure lined with xapapa plaster appears at this level.
