Cypriote Antiquities in the Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm (Stockholm 1977) is Medelhavsmuseet Memoir 2, by Vassos Karageorghis, Carl-Gustaf Styrenius and Marie-Louise Winbladh, with Charles Adelman. It was published in honour of Einar Gjerstad, director of the Swedish Cyprus Expedition, on his 80th birthday, 30 October 1977. Styrenius's preface records that the Medelhavsmuseet was founded in 1954 by merging the Egyptian Museum with the Cyprus, Asine and Iranian collections, and that the Cypriot material made up most of its Greek and Roman Department.

Most of the objects come from the Expedition's excavations and had appeared in its volumes; the preface lists 28 published here for the first time. The book opens with Karageorghis on "Professor Einar Gjerstad and the Archaeology of Cyprus" and Styrenius on "Swedish Excavations in Cyprus". The catalogue that follows is by Winbladh, with 22 entries by Adelman, and the volume ends with a selected bibliography and the black-and-white and colour plates.
