Description

In the foreground, a broken column stands beside a squared stone block and low courses of rough stone walling, with scattered fallen stones on the grass. Beyond, a band of trees and a green cultivated plot lead to a road on the right. A pale curving shoreline and calm sea stretch to the horizon under a hazy sky.

English

View from the Kourion theatre site across low ruined walls and a column toward a wide bay and the sea. Dense trees and cultivated plots fill the middle ground, with a road running along the right.
