Ancient pillars at Apollo's temple, Kourion

Description
The two pillars, each made of stacked drums, rise almost to the top of the frame in the foreground. Behind them, low lines of rough stone walling run across the grass towards bare trees and a distant wall on the right. A single small figure stands near the left edge beside the ruins, and the sky is empty and pale.
English
Two tall, upright stone pillars stand in an open field at the Kourion site in Cyprus. Low walls and ruined masonry lie between them, and a small figure stands at the far left edge.
