Cypriote & Classical Antiquities: Duplicates of the Cesnola & Other Collections, Part One is the catalogue of sale no. 2253 at the Anderson Galleries, New York, held on 30 and 31 March 1928 by order of the trustees of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. A letter from the museum's president, Robert W. de Forest, dated 14 February 1928 and printed at the front, states that the museum bought the Cesnola Collection in 1874 and 1876, and that the trustees had decided to sell at auction, in March and April, objects that duplicated those on exhibition and were held in storage, to free space and place them with other museums and collectors.

Its lots, numbered to 654, are mostly Cypriot: limestone sculpture of votaries, "temple boys", animals and portrait heads, Cypriot pottery from the Early Bronze Age to the Roman period, glass from Cyprus, terracottas, lamps, alabaster and bronzes. Greek, Etruscan and Roman pottery and sculpture and glass from the Julien Gréau collection are mixed in. For the collection as it was shown in the museum, see Myres's Handbook of the Cesnola Collection.
