- 1893Thanked by Ohnefalsch-Richter in the preface to Kypros, the Bible and Homer: his brother E. Landau lent OR's original water-colours for the plates, and 'Baron Dr. W. von Landau' supported him with advice and practical help.
- 1894Named by Ohnefalsch-Richter as one of the contributors, as 'Dr. W. von Landau (Berlin)', to the planned work Tamassos und Idalion (Giesecke and Devrient, announced for 1895, with Furtwängler); the work was not published.
