- 1997Per a letter quoted in a study of the Church-ownership case, the then Archbishop referred Tasoula Hadjitofi to Tassos Papadopoulos for legal advice, and he confirmed that the new Antiquities Law did not affect the Church's ownership of religious antiquities.
