Life and work
- 1954Owned a Cypriot Early Bronze Age black-topped bowl (later 2023.456) by 1954; its earlier owner is given as the 'Penha Collection, Cyprus'; the mode of acquisition is unstated.
- 1966Gave a group of Cypriot pottery (22-24 records, 1966.113 ff.) to the Fogg/Sackler (Harvard). At least 1966.113 is labelled 'SR 906/53 Penha #65', so some of the gift came from the same Penha source.
