    A 'Schiffer Field Notebook' (SFN) is among the field notebooks cited for the Earthquake House at Kourion, beside the 1934-35 'Daniel Field Notebook' (DFN) and 'Davis Field Notebook'. Costello describes the University of Arizona excavation under David Soren in 1984-87.
