- 1932The inspectors judged the pre-Dikaios Cyprus Museum display: 'the aim seems to have been to display everything collected, the result being wearisome rows upon rows of pots identically similar in design' (quoted by Stanley-Price, §29, n. 65). They also commented on the trilingual labels (n. 36), noted that the Curator Markides had been afflicted 'for over six years' (n. 26), and are cited for the sale of duplicates (n. 86).
