    Wrote the plate descriptions marked 'H. S.' for the Berlin Museum's Cypriot antiquities in Kypros, the Bible and Homer; Ohnefalsch-Richter says he used the results of his own investigations and revised the whole. He thanks Herren DD. O. Jessen and H. Schmidt in the preface and a correction places the initials H. S. on Plate CCIII.
