Life and work

September 1966
One of two School students (with J. Hayes) assisting A. H. S. Megaw, with A. W. Lawrence and the architect R. J. C. Jamieson, in the four-week resumed excavation of the Saranda Kolones castle at Kato Paphos (begun 1957-59 for the Department of Antiquities). The castle was reported destroyed by earthquake in 1222.
