Life and work
- 1878Catalogued the Cypriot antiquities donated in 1870-1871 by the Italian consul Riccardo Colucci, then housed in the Museo Egizio at Florence; his report and inventory of 1878 do not mention Paphos as the findspot.

- 1893Published a note on the Egyptian antiquities of the Cortona museum (the Corbelli group and the 18th-century nucleus). The Cypriot vases of the Etruscan Academy of Cortona arrived inside the Corbelli collection; Schiaparelli's note concerned the first, 1891, Egyptian shipment.
